The Multiple System Atrophy Trust is the UK and the Republic of Ireland’s leading charity supporting people affected by multiple system atrophy (MSA) – a rare neurological disease with no known cause or cure. We fund research into MSA and support those affected by the condition.

As part of MSA Awareness Month in March, we are launching our annual 3,300-mile challenge, walking one mile for each person estimated to be living with MSA in the UK and Ireland. We invite you all to join us in reaching our collective goal of 3,300 miles.
